In a joint pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, the Nordic countries have joined forces to build on a common ground of trust and sustainability and present the Nordic region to the world.

The World EXPO gathers people and innovations from around the world to address global challenges in need of international collaboration. The Nordics will participate at EXPO 2025 with a joint Nordic pavilion.

The 2025 EXPO, taking place in Osaka, Kansai, Japan, will feature a joint Nordic pavilion for the Nordic region, showcasing our shared commitment to trust, sustainability, and innovation. The Nordic Pavilion will serve as a dynamic meeting place—bringing together business, culture, policy, and people—and highlighting how cooperation across borders can lead to meaningful progress for people and planet alike.
Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and the Nordic Council of Ministers are joining hands to present Nordic values and solutions on the global stage. Together, we aim to strengthen ties with Japan and Japanese companies, foster new partnerships, and exchange knowledge on how to build resilient, inclusive societies.
