Info Norden tries to answer all inquiries within five working days. The answer will be general and will usually refer to an authority in the Nordic countries who can help you. If you have questions regarding the processing of a specific case or application, or other personal matters, please contact the relevant authority directly.

Your personal information will be viewed and used only by Info Norden. We do not pass on any information to case officers or authorities.

What we can’t help with

Info Norden does not provide legal advice and cannot take up a case on your behalf towards an authority.

Our service area is limited to questions concerning mobility between the Nordic countries, not moving in or out of the Nordic region.

If you are a citizen of a non-Nordic country and want to move to a Nordic country or work in a Nordic country, please contact the relevant authority.
