Activities limited at the Nordic Council of Ministers’ office in St Petersburg.
A significant proportion of activities at the office will be called off or postponed. All partners of the office have been informed.
The decision to put some of the activities on hold has been taken in light of the change in the legal situation following the decision of the Russian Ministry of Justice to include the Council of Ministers’ office on its list of foreign agents. The above applies until further notice and the situation will be updated daily.
In a letter to its partners, the Council of Ministers apologises for any inconvenience caused by activities being called off.
The future of operations at the office will be determined based on the outcome of negotiations between the Russian Government and the Nordic Council of Ministers.
