5G Techritory is a major international conference being hosted by the Latvian government. The conference will focus on the efforts of the Nordic and Baltic countries to make the region the leading 5G region in the world.

5G Techritory will have the unique focus of establishing a platform for developing a healthy and viable 5G ecosystem. In addition, it will serve as a role model for Europe’s gigabyte society.

Up to 1,000 participants from Europe, Asia, and the US are expected to take part, including global and regional business leaders, politicians, and government officials.

Sixty prominent and knowledgeable speakers from major IT and telecoms companies will discuss how 5G technology can be used in areas such as healthcare, transport, shipping, and the automotive industry. One of them is Steve Mollenkopf, CEO of Qualcomm, who will speak about the future of cars.
