Final report
The final report is based on the headings and information you provided in your project description when you applied for funding. You must include a summary of the project results as well as any changes and results for each main goal in the project description. The final report must be uploaded in the project portal together with the final financial report and any appendices.

Final financial report
In the final financial report, you must follow up on the budget that you submitted at the start of the project. The final financial report consists of four tabs, all of which must be filled in: accounts, accounting notes, overview of accounts, and signatures of the project manager and finance manager.
All expenses must be reported in DKK. Completed and signed final financial reports must be uploaded in the project portal, together with the final report.

Instructions for the auditor’s review of utilised project funds
For all project funding of DKK 500,001 or more, the final income statement must be audited by a state-authorised and/or registered auditor. This does not apply to governmental organisations that are already audited by a Nordic national audit office. You can find the instructions for this in the documents below.

Auditor’s statement for the auditor’s review of utilised project funds
The auditor must complete and sign a statement regarding the final financial report in accordance with the instructions previously stated. The statement must be appended to the final financial report where relevant. The template below can be used for the statement.
