Status: How to report the status of your Nordic project

For larger projects, we expect a status report on how the project is progressing. You will find the information and documents required to report on the status of your project here.

Status report

In the status report, you must develop and follow up on the information that you provided in the project description when you applied for funding. The status report must include a brief summary of the project and include any changes and status of the main objectives from the project description. The RBM mini portal must be used for status reporting for projects that have received funding from 2025 onwards. In the RBM mini portal, the information entered in the project description will be transferred automatically, and the system will guide you through the process.

Status report via the RBM mini portal

Here you will find guidance on how to complete and submit a status report using the RBM mini portal.

Submit a status report via the project portal if the project received funding in 2024 or earlier

For contracts concluded in 2024, please continue to use the earlier reporting template in Word. Ensure that you use the correct reporting form depending on the year in which your project received its contract.
