13.30-16.00 Tasting the transformation - the 1,5° food festival

The focus will be about describing new, innovative and positively framed places we can start to take action, using the power of food to tackle sustainability challenges. This is especially true for the doom and gloom covered climate conversations. This is where we need the creative and engaging power of chefs, new insight for delicious and climate smart food procurement and not least using gastronomy to translate the sustainable diets discussed in dietary guidelines.
