We will kick-start the day with an Arctic Science breakfast session, have lunch while testing out a new Climate Puzzle and meet new sustainable business partners in the afternoon during our matchmaking event.

This event starts participants’ day with a breakfast and an informative set of speakers exploring Arctic climate science and the international collaboration driving it, highlighting the outcomes of the IPCC’s sixth assessment report (AR6). 

11.15 - 14.00: Reaching 1.5-Degree Lifestyles with the Climate Puzzle

Climate Puzzle is a design and education game which offers illustrative and concrete examples to mitigate carbon footprints and helps to plan a low-carbon lifestyles roadmap until 2030. 14.45 - 15.15: Live from Glasgow - Reykjavík Green Deal – Sustainability, Innovation and the Healthy City

The event explores key terms and concepts relating to carbon neutrality and net zero, focusing on the role of non-state actors and use of voluntary carbon markets. The event is organised as part of the Nordic Dialogue on Voluntary Compensation.
