Í ár verður þemaþing Norðurlandaráðs haldið í Kaupmannahöfn. Þema þingsins í ár er jafnrétti. Þemaþingsumræður fara fram 9. apríl og yfirskrift þeirra er „Jafnrétti – forsenda lýðræðis“.
