We have managed without passports in the Nordic Region since 1954 and become accustomed to moving freely between our countries. We relocate, work, study and run businesses across borders relatively painlessly.
But what about the future? We see signs of more border controls and how bureaucracy is causing more and more problems for those who live their lives in more than one Nordic country. At the same time, we have a vision of the Nordic Region as the most integrated region in the world by 2030.
How will we get there?
